Aerospace Quality Academy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is an educational training platform providing online courses, resources, and community services for Aerospace and Defense quality professionals. Our website is located at AerospaceQualityAcademy.org.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, courses, digital products, and any related services we provide.

By accessing our website, enrolling in any course, or purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Aerospace Quality Academy reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. Aerospace Quality Academy does not store payment card information.

Aerospace Quality Academy offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the flagship course ("Building Your Aerospace Quality Engineering Copilot") subject to the following conditions:

• You must request a refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase date
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to the contact address provided at AerospaceQualityAcademy.org
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval

The 30-day guarantee does not apply to membership subscriptions, supplementary courses, or any products explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that demonstrate abuse of this policy, including patterns of repeated purchases and refund requests.

If you enroll in Aerospace Quality Academy Pro or any future membership offering:

• Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis
• You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
• Aerospace Quality Academy reserves the right to modify membership pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• Access to membership resources ceases upon cancellation or non-payment

We do not warrant that:

• Course content will be error-free or continuously updated
• AI workflows, prompts, or tools taught in courses will produce specific results in your work environment
• Completion of any course will guarantee compliance, certification, or professional advancement
• The website or platform will be uninterrupted or free from technical issues

This includes but is not limited to: lost profits, lost data, audit failures, compliance violations, employment decisions, or any reliance on AI-generated outputs taught within courses.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aerospace Quality Academy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Aerospace Quality Academy teaches the use of third-party AI tools including ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic). Important limitations apply:

• AI tools taught in our courses are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for changes to their functionality, availability, pricing, or terms of service.
• AI-generated outputs are suggestions, not authoritative determinations. All quality engineering decisions must be made by qualified human professionals.
• Students are responsible for understanding and complying with their organization's AI usage policies and all applicable industry regulations including AS9100, ITAR, and export control requirements.
• Aerospace Quality Academy does not guarantee that AI workflows will produce results compliant with any specific regulatory requirement.

You agree not to:

• Use our platform or content for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other students or community members
• Post misleading, defamatory, or harmful content in any community or discussion space
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, platform, or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or republish our content without authorization

Aerospace Quality Academy may provide community forums, group spaces, or discussion platforms. By participating, you agree to:

• Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times
• Protect confidential information from your employer — do not share proprietary data, sensitive documents, or controlled technical information in community spaces
• Comply with ITAR and export control requirements when discussing technical details

Aerospace Quality Academy reserves the right to remove content or revoke community access for violations of these standards without prior notice.

Your use of Aerospace Quality Academy services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at AerospaceQualityAcademy.org/privacy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to data practices described therein.

By purchasing a course or product or by subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive email communications from Aerospace Quality Academy including educational content, course updates, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.

Transactional emails related to your account or purchases cannot be opted out of while your account is active. We comply with applicable email marketing regulations including CAN-SPAM.

Our courses and website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute endorsement. Aerospace Quality Academy is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party platforms.

Your use of third-party tools is subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy policies.

Aerospace Quality Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Aerospace Quality Academy services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Aerospace Quality Academy.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any course-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aerospace Quality Academy regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
